Reception is open from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (22.00)

Check-in is from 2 p.m. on the day of the arrival and the check-out time is by no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

You can connect for free to the Wi-fi network in all areas of the House by logging in with a password.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

We have a parking lot for cars and buses exclusively reserverd for our Guests. The parking is included in the price. The parking is unguarded.

We recommend not to leave any valuable objects unguarded in the rooms and in the House. We are not liable in case of theft and/or loss.

In order to confirm a group reservation (minimum 5 people), a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit is the 30% of the total amount of the reservation. It must be made by bank transfer no later than 2 months before the arrival of the group.  In the deposit you must write the details of the reservation (name, period of stay, no. of people, no. and types of room, type of treatment).

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), by cash up to €4999,99 (four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine/99), by bank transfer or cheque.

Cancellation terms are:
Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival: penalty of 50% of room rates
3 days or less prior to arrival: penalty of 100% of room rates

All of our rooms are NON-smoking.

As a Guest House, there is no à la carte menu, therefore meals are served at fixed times:
Lunch: at 12:45 p.m.
Dinner: at 7:30 p.m. (19.00)
Only breakfast has flexible times and it is served from 07:45 a.m. to 09:30 a.m.

At Domus Laetitiae NO PETS are allowed.

In Assisi, starting from February 1st, 2023 the tourist tax is applied as follows: € 2,00 per day per person until the third day.
The tourist tax is not applied after the third consecutive day of your stay.
